Repair Printing roller

We have a mature online repair process for printing press rollers, which can repair the pits, scratches and corrosion of the printing press rollers. This process has the advantages of fast speed and good coating adhesion.

Process for repairing hydraulic cylinder & chrome roller

Preparatory work

Turn on the brush plating machine ,and connect the workpiecs by black wire from the machine.

Turn the switcher into +.

Brush Plating process :

1. Electrocleaning (#1 solution)

Application: Used to remove oil from metal work piece surface;

Working Environment: 6-14V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation;

 

2. Activator #2(#2 solution)

Application: Used to remove Oxide film from metal work piece surface;

Working Environment: 6-12V voltage, take work piece as anode during operation;( change the switcher into -)

 

3. Activator #3(#3 solution)

Application: For carbon steel, cast iron or high carbon containing alloy steel, there will have gray-black dirt left after Activator #2 process. Activator #3 is used to remove the residual dirt.

Working Environment: 8-15V voltage, take work piece as anode during operation;( change

the switcher into -)

4. Chrome Activator(#4 solution)
Application: Used to remove Oxide film from Chrome work piece, improve the binding strength between coating and Chrome work piece.
Working Environment: 3-8V, take work piece as anode during operation; Water cleaning is not needed after Chrome Activator process, just brush plating Chromium Under-layer Nickel directly.

5. Under-layer Nickel(#5 solution)

Application: Used as bottom layer, to improve bonding strength between coating and base material;

Working Environment: 6-15V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation;

Before plating (without electricity), wipe work piece by anodes and plating pen.

6.  Fast Copper (#6 solution)

Application: Used for high speed deposition and heavy build (more than 1mm) copper coating, especially suitable for printing roller pressure pits, scratches, hydraulic pillar strain etc serious damaged work piece repairing.

Working Environment: 6-17V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation; before plating (without electricity), wipe work piece by anodes and plating pen.

 

Grinding the copper layer.

If the damage area is not filled ,Then do step 1, 4,5, 6

If the damage area is filled ,then do step 1,4,5,7

7.Fast Nickel(#7 solution)

Application: Used for high speed deposition and heavy build working layer, used for large-sized tolerance work piece repairing;

Working Environment: 7-15V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation;

Before plating (without electricity), wipe work piece by anodes and plating pen..
